Total Balance Massage & Wellness offers versatile studio spaces ideal for rehearsals, workshops, wellness classes, small events, and fitness instruction.

The Lab Fitness Studio is a 750-square-foot space featuring sprung flooring, full-length mirrors, an integrated audio system, and adjustable specialty lighting. The space can be configured for dance rehearsals, fitness sessions, seminars, or movement-based events.

Rental Rates:
• Rehearsals: $25 per hour
• Events / Classes: $45 per hour

​

Rental includes access to studio amenities during your reserved time. Additional setup or breakdown time must be included in your booking.
