Morgan Theis
Morgan Theis is the founder of The Dance Collective of Clarksville and Total Balance Massage & Wellness. With a background in dance, wellness, corrective exercise, and movement education, she is passionate about creating spaces where people can continue moving, learning, and building confidence at every stage of life.
Morgan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and is a licensed massage therapist with additional training in corrective exercise, movement-based recovery, and injury-conscious training practices. Her background combines dance technique, conditioning, mobility, and wellness education to support healthier and more sustainable movement patterns for dancers and active individuals alike.
As both an instructor and business owner, Morgan is passionate about building programming that encourages consistency, artistry, body awareness, and community while creating opportunities for dancers and movers of all experience levels to feel welcome and supported.

Jordan Taylor
Jordan Taylor brings an energetic and encouraging approach to movement training with a focus on flexibility, conditioning, mobility, strength, and overall body awareness for dancers and active students. Her classes are designed to help students build confidence in their movement while improving flexibility, coordination, stability, and functional strength in a supportive environment.
Jordan is passionate about helping dancers better understand how their bodies move and how intentional cross-training can support both performance quality and injury prevention. She encourages students to challenge themselves while maintaining a positive and approachable classroom atmosphere that welcomes a variety of experience levels.
At The Dance Collective, Jordan helps develop programming that supports stronger, healthier, and more confident movers both inside and outside the studio.

Becky Rassas
Becky Rassas brings decades of experience in dance education, choreography, studio leadership, and performance training to The Dance Collective. She previously owned and operated Rewind Dance Studio for over twelve years and has taught a wide range of styles including ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, musical theatre, conditioning, mobility, turns and leaps, barre, and dance fitness.
Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from Austin Peay State University and is nationally accredited through Dance Masters of America in both Ballet and Acro. Her classes emphasize strong technical foundations, musicality, creativity, confidence, and joyful movement while creating a welcoming and encouraging learning environment for students of all ages.
At The Dance Collective, Becky is passionate about helping dancers continue growing both technically and artistically while making movement accessible, supportive, and community-oriented.

Heather Cannaday
Heather brings a welcoming and community-focused approach to adult dance education through classes centered around movement confidence, musicality, rhythm, conditioning, and accessible technique training. Her classes are designed to create an encouraging environment where adults can continue learning, moving, and reconnecting with dance regardless of previous experience.
Through adult tap, conditioning, and movement-based classes, Heather focuses on helping students improve coordination, mobility, strength, rhythm, and overall confidence while maintaining an atmosphere that feels both supportive and fun. She values creating spaces where movement feels approachable, creative, and sustainable for adults at every stage of life.
At The Dance Collective, Heather is passionate about helping adults rediscover movement in a way that feels welcoming, empowering, and community-oriented.

Jordan Carr
Jordan Carr specializes in ballet technique, foundational training, pre-pointe, pointe preparation, and structured technical development for dancers of varying ages and experience levels. Her classes focus on alignment, posture, discipline, coordination, artistry, and strong foundational movement patterns designed to support long-term dance growth.
Jordan’s teaching style combines traditional ballet structure with an encouraging and supportive environment where dancers can continue building confidence, technique, and body awareness. She is passionate about helping students develop strong movement habits while fostering discipline, consistency, and a deeper understanding of dance technique.
At The Dance Collective, Jordan works closely with students through progressive training formats that allow dancers to continue strengthening their technical foundations in an intentional and educational environment.

Shay Louise
Shay Louise, a Los Angeles native, began singing, acting, and dancing at the age of five and has trained in a wide range of styles including Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Swing, Polynesian, and Jazz Funk. She has performed in numerous professional musical theatre productions including Miss Saigon, The King & I, and Chess: The Musical, and has also appeared dancing in music videos with various artists.
Having trained with Los Angeles choreographers including Jojo Gomez, Charles Roy, and Ben Carter, Shay’s teaching style is heavily inspired by the commercial dance and Jazz Funk styles prominent throughout Southern California. Her classes focus on confidence, musicality, performance quality, and individuality while creating an encouraging and high-energy environment for dancers.
At The Dance Collective, Shay is excited to bring a touch of the Los Angeles commercial dance scene and SoCal-inspired movement style to Clarksville.

Madison Willingham
Madison Willingham is a dancer, choreographer, and instructor with experience in hip hop, jazz, contemporary, salsa, and heels choreography. With a strong background in both performance and dance education, Madison is passionate about creating classes that build confidence, creativity, performance quality, and individuality in dancers of all experience levels.
Madison has performed with Nashville-based Showtime Studios and appeared in live performances and music video work, while also coaching and choreographing for the Rossview High School salsa team. Her teaching background includes leading adult dance classes in multiple styles throughout the Clarksville area while creating inclusive and encouraging classroom environments focused on growth and expression.
At The Dance Collective, Madison brings an energetic and supportive approach to choreography and movement training while encouraging dancers to develop confidence, musicality, and strong performance presence.

Caitlyn Phan
Caitlyn Phan brings an energetic, approachable, and community-focused style to movement and fitness training through her classes with Upbeat Barre. With a background in barre, dance fitness, Pilates-inspired movement, strength training, and functional fitness, she is passionate about creating classes that feel both effective and welcoming for all experience levels.
Her classes blend low-impact conditioning, balance, mobility, posture work, strength, and music-driven movement in a supportive environment designed to help students feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies. Caitlyn believes movement should feel encouraging and fun, often incorporating humor, personality, and uplifting energy into her teaching style to help students feel comfortable and engaged throughout class.
At The Dance Collective, Caitlyn’s programming focuses on approachable movement experiences that support overall wellness, body awareness, endurance, and confidence while creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both dancers and non-dancers alike.
